Solving one step equations
ex. -4 + x = 26
because it's adition we are going to subtract always do the opposite.
-4 +x -4=26 -4 which equals 22
22 + 4 = 26
so x = 22
Solving 2 step equations
ex. -4x + 7 +15
first things first isolate the varible
-4x + 7 = 15
-7 -7 =8
-4x/ 4
8/4 = -2
